When will my items ship and where will they ship from?

All orders ship via USPS from our New York State warehouse within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is received, we’ll take great care when preparing it to ensure it arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

How long will it take for my package to arrive and is tracking provided?

Your order will arrive within the delivery estimate provided at checkout, which is based on your ZIP code and selected shipping speed. Please note that the day your order is picked up, as well as weekends and holidays, do not count toward the delivery estimate.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Is free shipping available to all states?

Yes. We offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states on orders over $50.
